Message From the Owner

Welcome and thank you for visiting our website.

I am very passionate about nutrition and natural health. I have practiced medicine abroad for over 15 years. While practicing medicine, I realized the impact nutrition, herbs, and a healthy lifestyle on people’s health. Unfortunately, nutritional education simply wasn’t (and still isn’t) prioritized in the medical curriculum. So, I pursued my dream by studying Holistic Nutrition. Adding the nutritional piece of knowledge to my medical background was like adding the missed piece of the puzzle to the whole scene! It is a complementary knowledge and I am proud of having both of them.

I am an advocate that everyone should have the right to be informed about the natural approach to healing their health condition. I believe the nutritional approach supported with supplements and healthy lifestyle habits should be the first-go-to approach for preventing and managing a variety of health conditions.
